Shoshone-Bannock Hotel And Event Center Fort Hall, Fort Hall

The hotel had a beautiful and comfortable room, but it also smelled like a dog stayed in it. The service was good overall, with the staff being welcoming and attentive, but they were slightly short-handed during check-in. The location was easy to find and nicely appointed. The dining experience was not ideal, as they didn't offer the expected Sunday Breakfast Buffet. However, the facilities were nice, providing laundry services, a welcome drink, and happy hour.

The hotel has a unique layout where the rooms provide a nice retreat from the smoke-filled casino atmosphere. The staff's efficiency and friendliness made for a pleasant stay, although the absence of room key cards raised some concerns. The location is easily accessible and close to event centers and amenities. However, the dining schedule and options were a bit restrictive, affecting the overall dining experience.

The hotel had neat and clean rooms, but it was extremely loud due to being next to a bus load of people with children. The service was uninterested at times but very helpful and polite on other occasions. The location was beautifully appointed and very convenient for visiting nearby towns. The dining experience was awesome, although it might have taken a while for them to realize we wanted lunch. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
